Holiday Jazz Fest and Thanksgiving Celebration - November 26-28
Guests are invited to ring in the holiday season in style once again with the Holiday Jazz Fest at Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe Resort, Spa & Casino, November 27& 28, 2009. This annual two-day celebratory musical event features Hyatt Lake Tahoe's best line-up to date, with two of today's most talented jazz musicians performing – Chris Botti and Boney James. Kick off the holiday weekend with a High Sierra Thanksgiving at Lone Eagle Grille and settle in for a weekend of exceptional live jazz in Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe's idyllic lakeside setting.
Turkey with High Sierra Flair – On November 26 from 1:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m., Chef de Cuisine Mark May whips up a spectacular feast at Lone Eagle Grille. Enjoy signature panoramic views and live music by favorite Luke Stevenson while tucking in to a lavish buffet, with dishes such as Tom Turkey with Orange Cranberry Relish, Sausage Chestnut Stuffing and Sage & Maple Butter Glazed Sweet Potatoes; Beef Brisket with Huckleberry Jam and Port Wine Demi Glace; and Maple-Glazed Pork Tenderloin with White Cheddar Cornbread. Two Nights of Music – The Holiday Jazz Fest kicks off at the Hyatt on Friday evening, November 27, with the musical stylings of Chris Botti. Botti boasts four #1 Jazz Albums, as well as multiple Gold, Platinum, and Grammy Awards, and he has performed and recorded with artists such as Frank Sinatra, Sting, Josh Groban, Paul Simon, John Mayer, Andrea Boccelli and Steven Tyler. Saturday evening, November 28, features Boney James. Saxophonist, producer and songwriter, Boney James' success with Contemporary Jazz and R&B have made him one of the most respected and best-selling instrumental artists of our time. Doors open each evening at 7:00 p.m. and live entertainment begins at 8:00 p.m.

Tickets – Two ticket options are available for purchase. Individual VIP Tickets, priced at $95.00 each/per night, include preferred seating at the concert, plus access to the pre-concert wine reception in the high limit slot area of Hyatt's casino featuring select wines from Rodney Strong Vineyards. Reserved Seating Tickets are also available for both concerts at $65.00 each/per night. 10% Nevada State Entertainment Tax has been applied to the face price of each ticket.
Overnight Packages - For true jazz lovers, Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe offers premium packages of 1-, 2-, or 3 – night stays including deluxe room accommodations paired with 2 VIP tickets for premier concert seating and access to the pre-concert wine receptions. One-night packages for arrival Friday, November 27 or Saturday, November 28 are $399 and include tickets to either Friday or Saturday nights' music. Two-night packages for arrival on Friday, November 27 are $699 and include tickets to both Friday and Saturday nights' music. Three-night packages allow guests to enjoy the full Thanksgiving weekend at Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe; arrivals on Thursday, November 26 or Friday, November 27 are $799. All overnight packages include Rodney Strong Vineyards wine reception prior to the shows, as well as parking and taxes.
